Day 20: Gingerbread Cut-Out Cookies ~ Raia’s Recipes
You might be wondering about her unusual name. It’s a Russian name that’s pronounced ‘rye-uh’ and as a gluten free momma with five children (you’ll see a few of her kids in the recipe post), I marvel at how she finds the time to blog. I’m a retired-empty-nester who loves to blog but I never feel I have enough time.
Anyways, I’m glad Raia does find the time to blog. I always look forward to her real food recipes because I know they’re ones I can trust. They’re made with wholesome ingredients. These Gingerbread Cut-Out Cookies, like most of her recipes, are free of grain, gluten, eggs, dairy, and refined sugar.
After I make us some gluten free gingerbread here in this Fox Kitchen, I’m going to dig out the ingredients to make these German Chocolate Freezer Cookies. Not as Christmas-y or as cute as cut-out cookies but … chocolate and coconut!
Once the craziness of the holidays has settled and we’re into the new year, I’m sure both Raia and I will slip back into our regular routine of blogging gluten free real food recipes and connecting as we usually do over on the Savoring Saturdays healthy living linky party where she co-hosts with some of my other favourite gluten free food bloggers … hello Elle, Brianna and Emily.
